@NamTruong2001 where are you trying to load it from? Are you trying to get in through king.com? I just tried and it's not opening. I went to my Facebook account and tried to do a search for the game but the only thing that comes up is saying that it's available on mobile - Android or Apple. I have the app on my iPhone. I don't think it's available on desktop anymore.
I never use Chrome for anything. I always use Firefox. I NEVER use Edge!
@debrichmond it bothers me when these studios don't even give us an explanation as to why it's not being fixed. I wonder if they all just concentrate on mobile devices for their games since the majority of the players these days use mobile more than desktop.

Try clearing your browser cache entirely and then restart your device and see if this helps the game to load. If not try using a different browser.
If not it may be that there is a temporary issue with the game on king.com. will tag @Lola_Pop to see if she has any information on this
