I am playing Bubble Witch 3 on Windows 10 platform through Facebook. It seems as though every time I make progress on certain things (like "catching the ghosts" or the "wand battle", if I leave the game for a bit and return, it resets and I have to start those over. I lost all my progress because i put the email, in windows.
i was in the level 147 and level two of the house in the garden. When i put the email the progress got lost. i was playing without wifi. because that never put de email.
