I haven't received the star cats in bubble witch Saga 3
Let me start off by saying that i have version 3.1.7 on Bubble Witch Saga 3 and I play off of my iphone 6s Plus. Ive noticed that my girlfriend has "star cats" and she's on a lower level than I am and she has a iphone as well. Can someone please help!?

Not receiving potions for cat upgrades

Losing my progress every time I try to login with facebook to find my friends
I've created a new account on facebook and I login with the king account, but every time I try to find friends in facebook I lose my progress and I have to logout and login with the king account

Lost Progress
I had to open a new facebook account due to being hacked. After that bubble witch saga 3 started me back at level one! Thats crazy. I didnt change anything in the app. This is my fav game. I want to get my progress back.

Again I am writing to ask what happened to my progress.
I have lost progress so many times it is disheartening, I may not be very far in the game but when you get to a level like 171 and get sent back to 145 it just makes the desire to play very weak. Please tell me how to correct this? I dont have this problem with saga2 or any other games

Stuck on level 193
I am unable to pass level 193. Every time I close the game no matter how far I get, I am returned to level 193. Help
