Level 269 keeps freezing up and I have spent gold bars! How can I be reimbursed?

Lost progress/fairydust situation not resolved
Further to my previous question, I see the game has been updated again, but the progress l lost on Stella's house (6 upgrades) due to the earlier game glitch, hasn't been restored, nor has the fairy dust expended on those upgrades (~25,000?) been reimbursed. Please get back to me. Kind regards
