Gameroom, no aiming
Loaded Gameroom on my win10 tablet. Playing Bubble Witch 3, I'm not able to aim. The first touch fixes the beam unchangeable.

I have passed level 240 3 times now.
Ive passed lvl 240 3 times. The first time it passed me to 241, now it put me back at 240 and wont let me go further. WHY?

Level 258. I have spent 3 times extra balls still stuck.
It seems the higher level you play the more money you have to spend. There are just not enough balls to play.

I have played and won 3 stars on 241 but only have received 1 star. How do I get those 2 stars? I want to keep playing but if I keep losing or not being rewarded my stars and powers then I will quit this game.

Why does it take an hour for it to download?
I go to Bubble Witch 3 Saga and it takes at least an hour to download. And sometimes it will download and I will hit the play button and it won't let me play. I play all the Bubble Witch Saga's and I'm not getting anywhere with this one. It's gets annoying. I am on a MAC and this seems to be only problem.

Missing boosters
Like so many others by the looks of things, my boosters have disappeared. The last I noticed I had 5/6 of each, and then last night I had nothing. Today I won a stereo bolt through upgrading my home and when I started a level 15 seconds later it was also gone.

Lost fairy dust and boosters
Help needed please. I completed 2 new rounds of updates on my house for which I received a stereo bolt and a sparkling blast, neither of which appeared in my game.
