Lost boosters
When upgrading I have 'won' boosters. The only 'answer' I have seen does not apply. Can you please assist me? I have not re-installed my game and I see that this seems to be a common problem. Thank you.

In Bubble witch 3 saga ,How do I send and receive help for friends?
When I receive the screen "Ask for help" it is always "0". There is no tab to send help to my friends.

upgrade rewards
For the last 5 upgrades I open the chest and it tells me I've received a reward but when I go back into the game, there is nothing there. Is there a known issue?

Same problem. I never get to see the boosters that I receive as rewards after "revamping my home". What's wrong ? I only play this game on Facebook, so this is not a problem of multiple devices and synchronization....

Stella's home upgrade rewards not recieved
I sent a message regarding this issue on Feb 15th and have not yet heard from Moderators. After upgrading Stella's home I have not received the following: Magic Beam on 2/14, Stereo Bolts on 2/15 and 2/17.
