Since the first time I downloaded tge game I have the same error message when I try to connect

Sorry to here that let's first check that you are connected
When you first open the game on the home page you will see 3 dashes at the bottom left select this and you should see this
If you don't see the blue profile tab on this screen and instead you see the tab says connect then you will need to select it and follow the steps to connect your game
Can you check this and let me know 👍⭐
I have the same options shown when I press the 3 dashs.. I have the connect tab but whin I select it I Got the no connection error message !!
@Reeemi sorry I don't understand you say you have the same screen but then say you have the connect tab can you confirm do you see profile or connect 👍

And if you have the connect tab also send me a screenshot of what you see after you select the tab
Can you confirm what device you are using and if you play through Facebook
Also can you confirm have you actually ever been able to play any levels so far 👍⭐
