Issues not being able to play next level

I've beaten this lvl 3 times now, on lvl count shows I have not played it, but click on the lvl and shows that I beat with 2 stars, never had an issue prior, so this is frustrating.

I'll be happy to help if you let me know which level it is
also, in such case, always make sure the App/browser has the latest updates and clear cache and cookies regularly. That should help you too!Let me know know!
