Can I ask you where and when you're getting this error? Is it when you open the game, in the middle of a level or anywehre else?
That would help also to know what device and platform you are using - First, start by clearing cache and cookies and make sure you have the latest game/App version. That sounds simple but it always helps
If that does not work, please let me know - and a screenshot would be really great (Check here if you need help for this).

Everything has been working fine until I finished the race I won second but when I open my game it shows half the screen and it won't let me collect it I've tried closing and reopen and nothing working
