Missing boosters and daily prizes (FIXED)

I play on Windows 10, and my ID is #:10154866484056542.  STILL not receiving any daily boosters, OR prizes that I've won.   What is going on..?  It's been weeks already!!

I am traying to write in English but it is not easy for me. so sorry for this. I would like to know if you find a solution about missing   boosters ? What is the problem ? I see very people has the same problem since december like me. It is very difficult to progress and all my friends play more quickly than me they dont have any problem with bubble 3 Thanks to

Just like all the other strings on this post I have not been getting my daily prizes/boosters or any of the boosters I'm supposed to get for passing certain levels.  My Bubble Witch 3 number is 10210205656276268 and I am playing on a PC through Facebook using Google Chrome.  This has been going on for at least a month.
