Unable to install Bubble witch 3 on my device

I had a Samsung Galaxy 9plus and it broke I got a replacement the same phone and now I can't load the game it says version not available on this device

What phone do you have and what Operating System? You actually can see the minimum requirements on the Google Play and App store for Bubble Witch 3 - You need 4.0 and up for Android and iOS 7.0 or later for Mac.
