I am a 65 year old gent. not to familiar with, modern technology. I have not received any bonuses for the past three weeks. contacted King, yet nobody clever enough to put an email together to advise me as how to solve this problem. hopefully some kind person can help

Welcome @MikePalmer to our amazing and wonderful community! Did you recently change your device? Boosters you receive are only visible on the device you received them on. If this does not answer your question,then try checking your internet connection. Most of the bonus rewards you receive can only be claimed if your device is connected to the internet. Hi @MikePalmer just to add to what Joseph said too, we always advise troubleshooting as that can often resolve most problems.
I realise you don't think you are technical, but honestly anyone can do these basic checks. Just make sure you were previously connected to either Facebook or the Kingdom to save progress, so you can log back in afterwards.
