Discrepancy Between iPad and iPhone High Scores -- Has iPhone Been Hacked?

I have BW2 on my iPad at Level 691 and iPhone at Level 291. I frequently go back to early levels to complete Bingo and Nero's Challenges. In December I noticed a discrepancy between the high scores being shown on the devices. On my iPhone there is one player whose scores are blowing previous high scores out of the water. In the first 30 levels, by an average factor of 5 times the previous high score. It isn't possible to get 772,205 in Free the Ghost Level 4 (second place is 60,190), or 840,390 in Free the Ghost Level 5 (second place is 47,445) ... or I am unaware of the booster that let's you triple/quadruple + the score! Yes, I went through and checked the first 30 levels because the scores I was seeing made no sense (Level 20, Clear the Top score of 1,371,960, versus second place 441,995 and third place 394,885). Can someone explain why there is a discrepancy between the iPad and iPhone high scores, and how the $*%# those scores are on any device?

Hi @DeniseLSNG are both connected to Facebook? If not that could be why you have different friend lists.
There could be two reasons for this. One the level was ridiculously easy and has since been modified meaning players who completed before it was changed might have higher scores or It isn't possible to get way and above scores playing fairly. Unfortunately not everyone does and that is where the stupidly high scores come from.
I occasionally see this in my friends list and that is when I have a spring clean
