Can they fix my star cat's level?

I been waiting days.

I just want to know, game studio working on my star cat issue or not

and, how long is it gonna takes?

Again, I'm sorry for the frustration this may cause, but as I said, the Game Studio is looking into it and it's been an on-going issue for a while. If we could fix it now we would, but we still need some investigations. 

Please do not open new thread as for consistency and proper follow up, it is better to keep everything on one place.
