Why didn't I get my full bundle

I bought the car gold bar bundle on bubble witch saga 3 and I only got the 15 bars and not the one each of the magic spells like it says I would. It cost 2.99 and it came out of my google Play rewards. Anyone help me out?

Some time its happens for server problem or technical problem. but do not worry, Read here for solution.
If you buy something but not get, then king will refund you.
If this is not resolved then contact King Care. When contacting King Care, please write your game ID. See here how to find your Game Id

Just to avoid confusion the old site was King care, this one is much better and is called King community Its a much happier friendlier place
