New update
the new update window blocked the game and don’t have the cancel or cross to close the window! Need to save progress first otherwise will loose everything! Changed Apple ID and can’t update as need uninstall the game and then reinstall back!! But this window just prevents me from saving the progress!

All your progress should be saved through Facebook or king and if the update isn't working right or causing problems I would just go to your settings in your phone in the apps and find the app for the game first clear cache then force stop that should work1

Unfortunately with apple you cannot clear cache from the apps, only safari which is really stupid. But @tanya5788 have you sorted it now?0
