I lost my Gold Bars after purchasing them through the 4 Gold Ticket gift.
I had 5 Gold Bars and purchased the 20 bars through the 4 Gold Ticket gift. I seem to have lost them when I filled up my Piggy Bank and purchased the 50 bars through the bank. Now it says I only have 59? I would like to get them back because I spent money on them. Do I get a refund or is there something else to do to get them restored?

I just looked at my purchase history and noticed that my 4 Gold Ticket purchase only gave me 15 gold bars when I thought it was supposed to be 20 and my Piggy Bank purchase was only 20 Gold Bars when I thought I was to get 50. If that is correct,then disregard my question but if I was right in thinking I was supposed to get 20 Gold Bars from tickets and 50 from Piggy Bank then I will need assistance. Thanks!0

This issue has been resolved. Happy to say that I did not receive my 20 gold bars but now they have been put back in my bank. They were very nice and apologized for this issue. Thank you King!0
