Why am I bothering to play on this device, it seems that it is an absolute waste of time, I'm doing the Tricksie event knowing full well I won't get my rewards if I ever get enough Tricksies by myself because as in the Wake up the tree challenge the random players aren't playing so no help there and at the moment no help in wake up the tree, it does however look like the ritual event people are actually playing but honestly I feel like giving up on this device, time will tell about playing on my other device, yes, the device that no players playing, no Tricksies rewards got is my Samsung Tab4 .

Not receiving your rewards is annoying, and I'm really sorry for that. I really hope we have a solution for this issue soon!

Thanks @Lola_Pop, it's not just the rewards issue, it's the frustration of the random non playing players that are being picked, it's not a time zone issue as these players are there for over 24 hours, in fact longer for the Tricksie players, it's seems to happen regularly, haven't a clue how it can be regulated but so frustrating

Hi again @Lesley-6 ,

I've asked if their is a way to change teams, but there is technically no way to do it once the event has started. Rest assured I will pass this feedback to the Game Studio and hope they can regulate that in the future.
