@QueenRaffie @elsa @lolapop @Chicken_Slayer @Lesley-6 hello all hope this reaches out to the community as I just thought I would share with those that dont know as a lot have mentioned bugs. If when you open you're bubble witch you dont get the screen I have attached then you are not playing the fully updated game just follow the steps I have attached on you're π² by going into play store press the 3 dashes at the top left choose my apps and games then select update all if you having a problem doing it then let me know if I can be of any more help this is the only way you will be fully updated this can solve a lot of bugs if not ask the team but do this every now and then to at least Insure you are up to date before raising your issues. I have to say that I did get my rewards on my Samsung device for the Tricksie event, hope that problem has now gone away though not sure about another coup!e of issues. Weirdly when I opened up my email and went to check it out in the community it came up with Howdy Stranger looks like you're new here, obviously I'm not, just logged in but strange that I had that come up.

@KimElston that's brilliant thank you. I would alter the play store shot though so your email isn't in it, or you might find you get lots of unwanted attention :O
@Lesley-6 I was logged out too yesterday, I thought it was just my browser again as despite not clearing cookies when I clear cache it always does anyway. Did you clean anything?

@Lesley-6 hi and no I didnt clear cash or anything else and I did all I said and now I do it regularly and have had no issues. Hope I havnt jinxed my self saying that πππ

@Chicken_Slayer, not since I went into the community late last night as far as I'm aware but it wasn't a problem just thought it was a bit weird.

Sometimes if there has been issues, they reset it and force us to log in. Doesn't usually happen often though or on a weekend. Strange!
