Why didn't I get all my boosters

I was about to begin level 1794 and had the help of Puck and the arcane bubbles, had just over 6 minutes left and as it happens three lots of Puck's help, he came but nothing happened, why?

Wow, that is strange! Please try out these steps in order to prevent it from happening in the future.

And should it still happen again, please send us some screenshots or even a short video so we can investigate the issue further. It would also be helpful to know some more information:

• Device on which you're playing
• App version
• Android/ iOS version

It is the first time that has happened, I'll play again later and see what happens and will try to get screenshots but not great at doing that and of course I won't know it's going to happen until it's happened, I will say it's my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4, Android, being the technophobe that I am, p!ease explain App version, thanks.

Hello @Lola_Pop , further to my query, I have played again trying to use Puck and the 10 arcane boosters and again it didn't work

This was on level 1794 but thankfully I got through that level and the problem went as hopefully shown in the screenshots if you can open them but the fact remains that I lost out on over 20 minutes in total of Puck's help.

Well it's happened again on level 1807 and coincidentally or not it is a very  similar game/level as 1794 when Puck's  arcane bubbles disappeared, it is Puck's boosters again, only taken one screenshot of before pressing Puck for the boosters and after
