So I'm playing BW3 as usual and notice that the options to watch a video to get a free booster and to get three extra bubbles to hopefully help finish a level but although the video to watch for a free booster worked at first it then stopped working and my one attempt to get the extra bubbles in the hope to finish the level didn't happen at all, why?

Then why offer it, I thought if the offer was there then you should be able to use it

@Lesley-6 hi I havnt seen this so it must be in the testing stage where random players are chosen to test it so your feedback on it will be very important during this process if that is the case but anyway I will pass it on to @QueenB for you 👍🌞

It's been done before and has had one or two glitches, hoped they'd been sorted but obviously not, anyway I'll see what happens.

So you mean you had the video option, tried to watch it but it did not work? If yes, what happened? Did it go dark?

It defaulted back to the game without the free booster or extra bubbles

I'm sorry about that 😕 I'll pass on the feedback to the studio as there are always working hard with the team that provides the videos to make sure this extra feature works as it should.

In the meantime, make sure you always have the latest game app version installed.

I had the extra bubbles and magic for a year or better, now it's gone! Can they fix this problem? I'm tired of playing one level 10 or 12 times and coming up short 2 or 3 bubbles! It's just boring, I hardly play anymore and have played since the beginning of 2!

Hi my friend welcome unfortunately all our extra events are not permanent and not rolled out to everyone at the same time

I understand that some players can have an event for a long time so it appears to be permanent but ocasionaly our studio perfomes a reshuffle so other players can also enjoy the magic 💓
