Game is freezing and I can't use star dust!

game keeps freezing after losing..with a window saying magic in progress. also..i cannot use my star dust to play when im out of lives? you guys disable this now? im getting really disgusted with your ways of treating us players. explain this to me,

Sorry to hear the game is freezing. Which device are you playing on? PC, Android, Apple, Kindle device? Also about the star dust, you should be able to use them to get more lives when you're out.

May we have a screenshot of the option you get the next time you run out of lives so we can have a closer look?

i have no clue how to take a screen shot. im playing on a kindle fire. i have close to 1900 stardust. it will not let me refill a life for 200..or the puck for 50. the only option it gives me is ask friends. and i never get and lives.
