why am I stuck on level 2898 I have defeated this level several times

It has frozen in level 2898 even though I have defeated this level my gave will not proceed to the next level

Ok @TiffanyAmie for this we need to first try some trouble shooting tips that we do for most blips
First make sure your game is saved. Check for any missed updates then log out of your game and turn your device off and on.
If this doesn't reset for you then let me have your game and device details. Hopefully it will reset ๐๐

I am stuck on 2635 still on bubblewitch2 tried your save and log out techniques but still doesn't work .PHONE IS SAMSUNG A 21S

Hi @lesleyward and a very warm welcome to our friendly community. Sorry to hear you are having issues. If you have tried the general trouble shooting tips that we give and they have not worked the next step would be to uninstall and reinstall the game. You will need to make sure your game is saved first. The warning is that you will loose any saved boosters but every thing else will reinstall. After this procedure you will need to play one level then log out and restart your device.
