Now Try to connect.
After This If It's Not fixed so it is not a problem with game. May be your device problem or internet connection problem. because another player who has Followed these steps it's fixed.

Hi @dlallen66 I understand your frustration but please don't be rude. Players are trying there best to help you by offering there tips.
Lets start with a couple of answers I need before I take the issue any further I need to know which 2 games you are referring to as some king games have moved exclusively to mobile.
Do you use flash or Facebook as these are ending and wont be updating. Do you have a minimum of 2gig of data spare at all times as this is necessary to run king games. Do you have a strong enough internet to run as you said multiple different gaming sites and the memory capacity to accommodate this.
