Hi I Tryed to buy 4 times to go further and it says I didn’t succeed- but you charged me 4 times - what happened

I tried 4 times to continue the game and you charged me - but the game keep saying I didn’t succed - that is not okay - how many times did you do that 🤬

Very sorry about that. But unfortunately community dont deal with purchase or purchase related issues. You need to contact our player support directly from the settings of your game application. By contacting directly will provide player support the access to your game data and purchase history for last 90 days and they will take a positive action in your favour. Please see the below link for more details.
Hi @fedronningen @aijaziqbal is perfectly right with purchases we can not reimburse you. It Is a process for customer support as they can see and confirm the error and will then reimburse you.
