Help! Gold bars and stardust...

Hello everyone,

I have a quick question. I just started playing 3 days ago and I’m at level 238... I was wondering why I can’t decorate Stellas house with my stardust, it makes me use my gold bars. Also on my moms phone, when she fails a level she can use her stardust to retry but I can only use my gold bars... Can someone help me please?! Thanks so much!

Let's see if we can figure out the issue with decorating your Stella house... Can you share with us a screenshot of the pop up/message that you get when trying to decorate so we can have a look? Make sure you get the entire screen so we can see the amount of stardust that you have available.

Also, which device do you play on, Android, Apple, Windows 10? And do you know which game app version you have installed?

Regarding you not being able to use Stardust to purchase lives, you should have this option... as soon as I have more details about your device and game app version, we can look in to this as well.
