I done the suggest fix earlier in the day but the problem still persists any further suggestions?

If this problem persists, the only solution left is to uninstall and reinstall. Uninstalling may lose booster and life as it does not save your game and device. I'm so sorry.
Please empty the cache after the installation.

Hi @bmw1200gs level 2910 clear 90 owls. There has been a freezing issue with this level but seems to eventually resolve itself according to our players feedback.
The fact the BW2 and BW3 Facebook platform is currently in the process of updating Is also causing some freezing, crashing and not receiving lives.
Hopefully it will reset on it's own but if not your patience is appreciated during this platform change

Ok I'll give some time, I don't have a facebook account and I ahve tried the recommendations from Spinnifix but niether have worked. I have deleted the game also but the same problems arise so hopefully once the update has completed things will be back to normal??!!
