Hi @lavazhia When the shop is updated the offers it does temporarily close and as the Halloween offer has come to an end this may be why. But as @aijaziqbal has said weak or slow connection can also cause this so please follow the steps and wait a few hours in case the shop is updating.

I've tried all of those things, even started all over by logging in with my fb, and it still doesn't let me. I can't use my gold bars, can't buy any spells, I also can't use the tickets I earn from hard levels, nothing at all.

Facebook are going through a platform change and Is causing a lot of different issues with players.
We have been encouraging Facebook to fix this urgently. It has just been escalated again for an update as soon as we get one I will let you know ๐
I have tried every platform, fb, Google and yahoo email addresses, none of them work
Hi @lavazhia have you tried logging in with your king account. Facebook is having lots of problems right now. So what I did, is log out of the account and then sign in using your King account. You might have to turn your phone off then back on and let it reset. That worked for me. Let us know if you get it. ๐
Then I will lose my progress and have to start all over for the third time
And that was my first account was through king, and it still doesn't work ๐

UPDATE AS PROMISED
Recently, we have received reports that some players are having issues when trying to send and receive lives from friends in Bubble Witch Saga.
Please rest assured that we are hard at work trying to find the source of this issue. We'll get a fix in place as soon as we are able to and functionality will return to normal.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused. Please be sure to look out for updates to the game and install those updates when they become available.
In addition we are also aware of none Facebook related issues like crashing freezing and messages not appearing all these are complex issues and no fix date can be given.
