For any missing rewards
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.
Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

Hi @Norma_Mathieson Sorry to hear that but unfortunately these blips do happen although very rare I myself just experienced the similar problem with tricksies I to lost my rewards as the game just ended without giving out the rewards
Unfortunately we are not able to claim back rewards from events or challenges we can only claim back what we purchase
I am sure next time will have corrected the blip 👍⭐🙂
