Issues updating the game

Good Evening - I can't update my game on my computer does anyone have solutions?

Hi @Renee_James can I first ask these questions so I can narrow down your problem
are you playing BW2 or BW3
What platform do you use
Do you have windows 10
Do you get a message to say you have updates pending
Have you tried logging out of the game and turn your device off and on
Once I received your answers I will be more than happy to help you ๐โญ

It says I have updates waiting.
When I go to Microsoft store it just says install or play.
Yes I have turned my computer on and off.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled it.

Hi @Renee_James Sorry you uninstalled because you probably lost all of your boosters ๐ค
If it says you have updates, then do it. In the Microsoft Store hit install and that will throw all the updates in for you.

HI @Renee_James, you have two threads going on the same subject...Lets stay here and not respond on the other. I will have that one closed when @PrettyBubbles comes on tomorrow morning. Just update your app thru Microsoft and you should be good to go

Hi Renee,
I seem to have the same problem. I am using a laptop and have completed up chapter 156 (level 3100) and i have a banner that says new levels coming soon and a pop up that keeps telling me to update. When i push the update button it takes me to the microsoft store and asks to install or play as well. New levels have not been added for my computer in months so i've pretty much given up hope that i can finish the game completely If you play on a phone the updates are automatic but not for computers.

Hi guys you can see the notifications for updates but it won't load until the updates go live and this can sometimes take a while so its case of just keep trying if there are live updates ready you will then receive them โญ๐
