I play a few King games but I've been asked to log in

It's not recognising my email address to log in I've had to create a new account to ask thus question. Why does it not recognise my email address and my previous account and how can I save my previous progress.

Email addresses used are either Edited by CM:⛔️ That’s too much personal information - Check our House Rules

Hi @Sallyslack666 I had this problem a few months ago. Each time I tried to sign in it was either my email or my password that was not recognized. My hubby is an IT guy so he finally figured out that I was signing in through my FB account. Same email but different passwords. It took several tries but he was finally able to link both my FB & King accts & I have not had a further issues. Hope this helps & that you are able to resolve your issues. @PrettyBubbles is great in helping players! 👍
