Royal Pass - 'no connection' when trying to claim my prize.

Hello, when I try to collect my gold prize it comes up with 'no connection'. Does anyone know why? Or if I can fix it?

Yes the spell book is being a bit temprementel at the moment 🙈

Please try logging out and turning your device off and on this should reset things for you. You may have to repeat this procedure
