All my progress has disappeared

Hi I was on level 2078 and it’s all gone ? It’s gone back to level 1 ?? Help please ? I have spent lots of money over the years and don’t want to lose all my progress , this has actually happened on all my king games all of my progress has just gone ? Can you help get it back please

Can you tell me how this happened so I can help you further as you would only loose progress if you changed devices or re installed the game
