Unable to connect BW3 to Facebook

When I try to connect my game to Facebook this shows up. Please fix it!

I wasn’t asked anything. This shows up every time I tap on the “Facebook” button in the game

Are you still unable to connect to the game app? If yes, can you let me know if you play on an Android or an Apple device?

There are different things we can try depending on the device you are using to try to fix this issue without having to reinstall the app first.
