First of all when you posted your screenshot of where you were on the map you were in the Event. I said for those that is in the Event, if you will give me your level number I will look up the Chapter and that will be your starting, since you could not see the map. So your starting level was 2018 and that is Chapter 102
So now that you can see your map, you can look back on Chapter 102 and look at the stars you have on each level. You need to have 3 stars on each level in a Chapter. If you cannot get 3 stars on Chapter 102, take a look at Chapter 103.
But you cannot go below Chapter 102 because that is your starting. Any Chapter at 102 or above you need to have 3 stars on all levels.
This is your current Chapter 103. and it shows that ou have 27/60 (at the bottom). That means you have 27 stars out of 60 stars. You need that to read 60/60 before to turn Gold. So you have 20 levels in each Chapter. That is 3 stars for each level and your will get 60 stars.
Once you have completed 1 Chapter with 3 stars on every level in that Chapter, it will then turn Gold
Does that make sense. If not please let me know and I will explain it in a different way. And please don't get overwhelmed. It is just all about getting 3 stars in a Chapter. And this is not a race, it is here for quite awhile. 💕

Hi KC, you must get 3 stars on every level of a chapter. On chapter 103 I can see 3 levels with 2 stats which means you must replay them to get 3 stars and of course on the other 17 levels you must get 3 stars. Then the chapter 103 is a gold card.
If you cannot do it, you must try the next chapter. So you must focus not only on competing a level but on getting 3 stars too.
