Lost all levels BW3

Hi All, Have been playing a while now but suddenly lost all levels and started at 1 again.

Anyone else had this problem and has there been a answer thanks.

Hi @yoboor Welcome sorry to hear that can you please first try playing a level logging out and restarting your device if you had your progress saved this should bring it back

Have you re installed or changed device

Yes tried playing and logging out but no luck. Using IOS Ipad, how do i find my user id as that has all changed also.

Hi @yoboor IOS is no longer supported please read the announcement here

BW3 is now only supported via Windows 10 on a pc or a mobile device with a king account
