Once a player first sees they have the hat option in there game they can if they choose work to achieve collecting 2 hats

There is no specific level as this is an event and therefore not everyone has it

The magic hat is randomly added to the game by our studio so players can receive it at any level 💓

No @PrettyBubbles this is not the case. You need to reach a specific level in order to hunt the 2nd gold hat.

And I will explain why. When you get the 1st gold hat you log off the game. Then you log in again.

If Stella wears a gold hat you are not qualify for a 2nd gold hat

If Stella wears a purple hat then you qualify for a 2nd gold hat.

I hope the distinction is clear now.

Hi @johamilton did you manage to get the double hat? What is your level, since you must be at a certain level to qualify for the 2nd gold hat. Read my previous comment to check if you qualify.

@johamilton since you got it if you have or will log off and log in then Stella must wear purple hat. So if she does you can proceed and prepare for the 2nd hat. Bemember the cycle of gold had is 11 games, you must stop at the 10th game because the 11th will show you the 2nd hat.

I opened the game and it is a gold hat. So it did not work

@johamilton I don't believe it, you are at chapter 236 and you cannot get the 2nd gold hat. .

Please close (use the x on the upper right corner) again the game and open it looking for the purple hat and let me know.

Hi @Lemurtek we discuss the double gold hat process and we need your advice on that. More specifically Jo is at level 4796 and she cannot get it. Please comment.
