Before you make contact please try playing 1 Level the close the game and leave your device off for a moment or two as if you had your progress saved this would normally reset things for you

my pc shut down due to a blackout and when i turned it on again the bubble wich saga 3 icon was gone as well as other important icons. I tried resetting progress through your site but it made me start over. Can you help me? Thank you
