Hi if you select the contact us tab at the bottom of the page you can request for your levels to be restored manually as here in the community we can restore levels
Before you make contact please try playing 1 Level the close the game and leave your device off for a moment or two as if you had your progress saved this would normally reset things for you
If not then please make contact with our customer services 💓
my pc shut down due to a blackout and when i turned it on again the bubble wich saga 3 icon was gone as well as other important icons. I tried resetting progress through your site but it made me start over. Can you help me? Thank you
