Level 2
Can you help? I lost all my progress on Bubble Witch 3. I requested help and received an email from Support with directions. I was told it should not be a problem since you I had backed up my account and you could see my progress. I should have no trouble getting back to where I was in the game. You sent me instructions. Part of the instructions said to press the button below the "play' and select "log out". There was no button below the play. I have cleared all my browsers, the cache from Safari and still nothing. I am on level 2 which is far from where I was. Help.
Sorry you are having problems. If you will log out of your game, turn off, then let it set for a few seconds. Turn back on, then log back into your account using your log in and your password. If your levels have not come back as of yet, play level 1, then log and then back in again. It should come back to where you originally was 💕
I know this is discouraging. Do you know what level you were on?
Maybe you did not have your game saved. Please lets try it one more time.
Also I do not know how much space you have but a minimum of 2gig of memory is needed. Also clear the cache then log out and leave your device off for maybe 10 seconds.
Then log back in and play 1 level any saved progress. Sometimes it does take a couple time for it to come back. But again, that is only if you have saved your progress. 💕
