@CassD you and your husband are in my prayers
Oh no π I am so sorry to hear that you was so happy to have him home
My prayers are definitely with you my friend πππ
Thank you, @PrettyBubbles. My husband was discharged very late yesterday. They thought that it could have been a TIA, as did I. They didn't do an MRI, but are referring him to the TIA Clinic
Thank you, Jo. He's home and sleeping soundly. We'll see what they say when he has his clinic appointment, about which we're praying now.
When is his clinic appointment scheduled for? Hopefully you don't have to wait long. Do you having a visiting nurse coming to check on him while he is home? Prayers sent
Thank you, Jo, for your prayers.
No appointment confirmed yet, although he has several other appointments scheduled with other Departments. A District Nurse comes in each morning to give him his insulin and check on him. We also have carers attending three times a day, increasing to four times a day from Monday. It's just so tough because I'm worried about going out and leaving him alone in case he has another episode.
It sounds like here π
Total nightmare πͺ
I hope he will be ok my lovely xox
I really think we will have to go private or get insurance to get proper medical attention in the future. It is a gripe of mine that their are so many are on benefit. Many are young, many can work,. We pay taxes for these people to live and have luxuries we can not afford. I personally think the Country is corrupt.
Hence, you may laugh, I hang on to my ground roots. There is not much left, the rich and corrupt have taken over.
I haven't got much but I am proud of Being Cornish.
Thank you, Traci.
There certainly is something radically wrong with our country, especially people going on strike for more pay without even asking themselves where the money is coming from. Our schools, NHS and housing are overwhelmed.
As you say, there are too many people receiving benefits who shouldn't be and, unless drastic action is taken, things can only get worse.
Well, I'm a yam yam from the Black Country and, if it weren't for family, I wouldn't go back there!
