I've tried launching BW3 on my Windows 10 laptop, and am getting the screen above. Attempts to login have been unsuccessful. Everything was fine when I logged in about 14 hours ago. I've also checked the Microsoft Store and there doesn't look to be an update required for the game. Any advice, please?
Hello there! It looks like you have an old game version. We've just released a new version for Windows. Please make sure your game is updated to the latest version, which is 8.3.0.0. You can also check the troubleshooting steps for Windows 10 right here.

OK, if I am playing on old version then I don't know how to get to the latest version. Like I said in the original post, no updates are available in the Microsoft Store.
