Hi my friends there has been a fix you need to update from your Microsoft store and make sure your computer is updated to Windows 10 or above then close everything down and leave your device off for a moment or two
If after doing this you see a new screen with a let's go tab please also select this and follow the install instructions 💓

If you then see a different screen with a let's go tab please also select this and follow the install instructions
If your levels drop then play 1 level then close and once again leave your device off for a moment or two any saved levels should then return 💓

We did have a known issue regarding pc connection to receive the fix you need to update the game from Microsoft store make sure your pc is updated to Windows 10 or above then close everything down
Once you re enter if you see a tab saying let's go (i don't understand what your tabs are showing in your screenshot) select this and follow the install instructions 💓

I have lost every achievements what i have build over the years. Yesterday it was just fine and today i´m starting from the same level as before, but there is no House or Cats or every achievement what i had completed.
Please find a solution for this bug.
I´m playing on a Android Smartphone.

Hi my friend sorry to hear that have you changed device or log in details or uninstalled if you have please play 1 level then close down and leave your device off for a moment or two
Any saved progress should then return if it doesn't it will mean you had not been previously saving your progress 💓
