I used two devices to play my BW3. Few days ago, my notebook was invaded by someone name Jeffrey and when I logged into my game, I have a test pilot platform. I can add GBs and I can only play Level 3. It lasted for a few days and now I am back again with my normal game. GBs stayed the same but I lost all my boosters collected. Do you know who is Jeffrey who invaded my game and took all my boosters?
Hi KC, I responded to your other comment regarding the booster situation. Regarding Jeffrey, I have no idea who or what that is. Did you delete your game app? That in itself you will loose all of your boosters. But check out my other response to you 💕

Well there has been some problems, so hopefully knowing you had the same problem as others, not to your fault, you can maybe get something. Worth trying ❤️

@johamilton - I have no idea but now I am back with my normal login credentials. However, all the boosters I collected through Wake the Tree, Daily, Leagues, etc were lost. It happened to my Friends game sometime last year.

@johamilton - I contacted them when I lost all my boosters in Friends but they never respond to my support ticket. Anyway I will try since I collected quite a few boosters on BW3.
