Hey guys, is anyone else experiencing this on the rewards page...or lack of rewards i should say?! (see screenshot)
Any idea what's going on @PrettyBubbles @johamilton ? I've force closed the app and cleared cache but it's still the same 🤔

When I raised it more than once our cm advised to go to customer services
Please select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services
First you will receive an automated reply please reply back to this and explain again Also explain you have already tried all trouble shooting steps here in the community so we have refered you to them as there is no more we can do here in the community

Okay, it's okay, it's no use. I called customer service. They answered once, and it was no use. After that, they didn't answer. This is my situation until now.
same! So annoying. I emailed them and they asked if I would like them manually added or a refund, neither have been given. Next stop report to Apple to get a refund.

Can you tell us what will happen to the rewards we've lost, and will continue to lose until the fix, will they be manually added or are we to just lose out on them?
Mine has two days left, so i definitely won't get them unless added manually.
I'm having same technical issues. I even purchased the Royal Pass. This when when my rewards are now blank,n just like original post on this issue. Frustrating

Thanks again for your patience! We wanted to keep you informed that the issue with claiming rewards in the Star Cats season is trickier than we initially thought. Our Studio is working hard on it, and we’re aiming to release a hotfix next week.

I’ve had the same issue regarding receiving my rewards since yesterday. If it’s a glitch in the game, I sure wish they’d fix it!

There's no way to claim the rewards because when you click on 'finished' it takes you to the league table, then changes page to the rewards - an empty page like everyone has been posting screenshots of, like mine in the first post of this thread, meaning there's nothing to claim ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
We've been on a wild goose chase the last few days, what with customer service ignoring the questions and just sending generic "ask the community" emails, even though they know it's a technical issue.
So yes, now i'm stuck with it on the screen, and it won't clear no matter what i do 🤦♂️
I tried again and again but it's no use I don't want the reward but at least the season goes

Reached out to contact us cause now the season ndd and didn't get any of the rewards I leveled up to.
i just finished the last game. The problem is the rewards screen was blank (see attachment). It was that way the entire game I paid the $4.99 to unlock the Royal Pass thinking maybe that would bring up the rewards. The screen remained the same. I’m out $4.99 and no rewards any answers?

every time this happens to me I restart my game wait a few minutes and everything is there if not I write them and it gets fixed
i restarted the game several times and no change. Guess i didn’t pay attention here. Thought I was contacting the support staff

Good morning @PrettyBubbles. The Star Cats competition ended yesterday. Ihad issues with collecting rewards from the beginning & I could not collect my 4th place reward yesterday morning. I contacted the support desk several days ago but unfortunately none of their suggestions have worked & now I am unable to contact them. Wondering if you have any suggestions as to how I can contact them? Thanks 🙂

Master League has a blank 'free' rewards column. I see nothing. It has finished but because it apparently thinks I still have rewards to claim it won't close out. What do I do? It is stuck. The royal pass side is also blank.
Star Cats Season Master League is blank. Both Free and Royal Pass rewards is blank. It apparently thinks I have to claim my rewards so it won't close out. Please help!

Hi @PrettyBubbles, I have been chatting with the Support Team throughout the morning & have done everything that they have suggested but nothing has worked. I logged out of the game, powered off my device, waited & cleared the cache. Unfortunately the problems persist so the Support Team's suggestion that I uninstall & reinstall means that I will lose my boosters & the gold bars that I have banked. I finished in 4th place in the competition & did not receive the rewards & now risk losing everything. This is not acceptable.
I have been having the same issue & have logged out of my game, cleared the cache & powdered my device off & on. None of these steps have resolved my issues. The support team are recommending uninstalling & reinstalling the game which will result in losing any/all boosters & possibly gold bars that you currently have. Good luck with your game. I hope that you find a more effective resolution than I have.🤞🤔
None of us should have to lose any of our boosters or gold bars. Surely they can find a fix without a mass uninstall/reinstall?
I'm not uninstalling again, (i've done it once before) if i have to live with that 'finished' sign on my screen for the foreseeable then so be it.
