Hey guys, is anyone else experiencing this on the rewards page...or lack of rewards i should say?! (see screenshot)
Any idea what's going on @PrettyBubbles @johamilton ? I've force closed the app and cleared cache but it's still the same ๐ค
Hi my friend yes we have been having issues each season for a while now
When I raised it more than once our cm advised to go to customer services
Please select the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services
First you will receive an automated reply please reply back to this and explain again Also explain you have already tried all trouble shooting steps here in the community so we have refered you to them as there is no more we can do here in the community

A new season has started but there is no reward.
I think this happened after the game update today. ๐คฆ
I tried several standard repair methods but it didn't work for me.

Thanks for replying, but the issue is at the beginning of a new round which only started today after the previous one finished. I got all my rewards for that one.
The above screenshot was what it was like before any rewards were even won this round.

Some unable to claim rewards and some not even seeing them and yet some have no issues so it is very topsy-turvy right now

Could you please try by selecting the contact us tab at the bottom of this page and explain to our customer services

If you here nothing back or a referral back to community then stay firm and let them know we have refered you so there is no point in going back to the community

I just tried to reply but it needs approving for some inexplicable reason. This happens a lot, and sometimes my replies never get published even though there's nothing wrong with them.
This is why we still need PM's, so we can actually communicate when the board won't let us, especially when there's an issue with the game.
