What is your favorite Star Cat?
All day I have had problems trying to buy bubbles to finish a game. I do have more than enough gold bars to buy but when I try it says no connection so I have been unable to finish the game. What can I do as I can go no further. BTW I o not have Internet connection problems.

Would suggest you do the standard troubleshooting tips and check for an update and then log out and restart your device, then log back in. If playing via an internet browser also clear the cache. see if this helps with your connection problem

Sometimes a connection with the purchase store is lost. Try to log out, update your game application, restart your device and login again. If you are playing through web browser try to clear cache/history and login again and see if it solves your problem.

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

It happens when Game not connected, Slow internet or heavy load on storage.
Please Clean cache /History Files Of Your Device >Log Out From Game And Reboot The Device >Check for Updates Of Game >try to relogin after few minutes .
