@PD987 I had the same problem when I tried to insert the BB code instead of the URL. The "URL=" at the start of your address line in the screenshot you provided suggests to me that you may be making the same mistake that I did. Try checking for a URL address on your source page rather than a BB Code.
I hope this might help you a bit. Cheers. Kat.
I didn't know that you have to do a certain number of posts before you can add a link @PD987. I do want to share with you that you put in the wrong information and that is a reason why it's not posting. I did a print screen from your message above. The link should always just start as https://. I'm going too try something here by typing in some of what you have below and let's see if it works.
That's what I thought. Look at what I put in the box. First you have to take out that square bracket at the beginning and end. Then the URL= doesn't belong there. So when you type in the remaining that's when it should work. Please try it again the same way that I did. I want to see if the editor is still not allowing you to post yet due to not enough posts.
I did that already on another attempt @Elsa , and i still got the red box saying i can't post links yet. My post with the picture in actually worked and did embed perfectly fine on the draft, it just wouldn't accept the post for said reason though.
Plus i changed the gif to the one in my last post (the one that worked in the draft)
Oh well, not worry. Thanks anyway ๐
