Unfortunately, it does not appear that it was just Thursday that was my problem. I have been unable to connect on my Kindle Fire since last Friday. The orange King screen comes up and then it reverts back to my home screen. I have another King game on it as well that seems to be doing fine. I have turned it off and on again several times, even a hard boot multiple times. I have cleared my cache and have plenty of GB to run the game. I have deleted the game from my device reloaded it and nothing seems to work. I contacted support and went through all of the things they suggested except to report a bug. I have no idea what to try next. Any suggestions?
Hi guys yes I have received many new notifications regarding this and have raised it but I do know that this fix is more complex than originally thought and the studio have not forgotten about it we just can't have a fix date just yet. I will see what the feedback says and let everyone know ๐
Hi Just to let you know I have received feedback and unfortunately it still needs more work to get a fix but I am told to in the meantime to reccomend that you regularly check for any missed updates evin if you have automatic updates turned on your device as sometimes it wont automatically update.
