I can't seem to raise the image of the sleeping tree on my app today. It's strange because I was half way through finishing my second flower yet when I opened it 3hrs later it was gone - just blank space. I have never had any trouble with playing the tree before. Perhaps it's a temporary glitch? I sure hope so because it keeps me playing every day and I love the challenge! Any clues anyone?

Hi @Snagglepuss There have been some connection problems with wake the tree so it is playing up a bit at the moment.
If you close your game and restart your device it will hopefully reset it. You won't loose anything by doing this it's only if you uninstall you loose boosters.

You can delete the cache, log in your game and update your game.

Oh my, ...how does one "delete the cache" (whatever that is?) lol Will I lose all my hard earned spells achieved through playing the Sleeping Tree? Also I am worried about all the gold bars I've just recently purchased, ... will they disappear if I log out? I presume when when you say "and update your game" that just the exercise of logging out then back in will do that for me? Correct? Sorry if I'm a little computer illiterate and THANKS so much for replying so quickly to my query above with the actual steps I can take.

Thanks everyone! I tried the logging in/out and found out how to clean my cache and did that too. But alas.... nothing... yet! I'm thrilled to find out that other players are lumped in with my problem - I guess misery loves company - lol. It's a comfort to hear that @johamilton above experienced this trouble and that the Tree just appeared back on its own and @PrettyBubbles says above that King is having connection issues with the Tree right now so I guess we can only wait patiently and hope for that fuzzy pink haired fellow to return soon! π³π
